Pentecost is traditionally known as the church's birthday when God sent his Holy Spirit to be with the early church as recorded in Acts 2.1 "Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house and where they were sitting."

This will be a double celebration for us this year as we mark the completion of Phase 1 of the redevelopment of St Thomas' with our guest, Bishop Richard of Kingston dedicating the new chairs, many of which will have been donated by members of the community and congregations.    Do join us for this special service at 10.30 am followed by a party to which all are warmly welcome.
