30 October 2009—Work has at last begun at St Thomas', a little later than expected, on Phase 1 of the redevelopment to include new lighting, heating, a kitchen, disabled access facilities, storage and a new creche and Sunday School facility. Planning consent has also been granted for Phase 2 of the project. Works on Phase 1 will be finished by March when we shall be re-launching our 9.30 am Service.
