10 May 2009—After not quite a year with us, we say farewell today to the Rev Joel Ani, our curate.

Joel is feeling called to develop further his ministry in prison chaplaincy. He is therefore moving parish (but not his house) to continue his training as a curate with our neighbours at All Saints, Clapham Park. Brixton Prison is in the parish of All Saints, and just round the corner from Joel’s house, so it makes sense for him to join the prison ministry run by All Saints.

We wish Joel, Elizabeth and the family well, and no doubt we shall welcome them back as visitors from time to time. Joel’s installation at All Saints in Lyham Road, SW2 5NP, takes place on Tuesday 19th May, at 8:00pm.
