Keith and Joyce Wood have a long association with St Thomas with St Stephen, as Keith grew up in Balham. Keith and Joyce work with Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) as Regional Directors, living near Watford. This involves helping to select, interview, train and send candidates to work in Asia in many different spheres.

They also support families of mission partners, and are an important part of the debriefing and settling-back process for those returning from overseas service.

Keith and Joyce spent many years in the Philippines, where they were involved in church planting. They have three grown-up children and three grandchildren.
